This is a single varietal wine showcasing the elegant and sophisticated Arinto grape, sometimes called the ‘Queen of White Grapes’ and known for its vibrant acidity, citrus notes and excellent aging potential. The label celebrates special memories from the producer’s childhood with his mother. It’s an affordable alternative for those who enjoy French Chardonnay. It is aged in new barrels for 6 months followed by bottle aging for 4 months before release. It has notes of Meyer lemon, pineapple and sea minerals with a long finish.
