The 2022 Mitologia (13% ABV) is from the Dão DOP region. This is a single varietal wine showcasing the complexity of the full-bodied Encruzado grape. It is aged in new barrels for 6 months followed by bottle aging for 4 months before release. It has notes of passionfruit, pineapple, spice and flint with a long finish. This is a fantastic wine for a roast chicken or a traditional Thanksgiving meal, with enough acidity to cut through the richness of the dishes.
